Just moved here and he was chosen to be my PCP.
Dr. Cook and his staff are exceptional medical practioners. I literally owe my well being to them. Excellent review from me.
Dr cook is a great doctor but his nurse who is a medical assistant is very rude..I lost my job and the stress of that I just forgot about my appointment..Lisa called me the next day and was very rude about me missing my appointment then asked so now what you just going to go see a doctor at the OU physicians.. I was like really and because of it I am seeking a new internal medicine doctor.. Lisa told me you know since you missed your appointment he won't refill your medication..
Always on target with his diagnosis.
