I am not usually one to post negative reviews but my experience with Dr. Chun has not been great! It has taken months to get results from labs he ordered. I have to call and email consistently just to get answers. When I finally get an answer and I respond, Dr. Chun never follows up. I have been waiting for a medication to be called in since the beginning of March. I have emailed and called but no response. I understand that he is leaving Kaiser but that does not excuse his responsibility to the care of his patients.
