Great local clinic!
In general, I felt like I was wasting this doctors time and should have never taken the time to come in. (Haven’t been in to a doctor since before the pandemic) Will unfortunately not be returning. I hope others do not have experiences like this, really discouraging overall.
The one star is because it was the only way I could leave a review. This office does NOT deserve any stars as far as I'm concerned. The phone service is horrible. Each time I've had to call to schedule an appointment they are "too busy" and have no way to leave a message. The fist time I went to visit my doctor i did not get to meet with the doctor but on of the nurses. I waited close to a year only to find out all my information for the visit to get approvals was lost and was in pain and discomfort for that time. I called a... read more
Horrible horrible! The lady in the front said she would call to get my prescriptions refilled then on my second visit she said they never answered and that I should call because it’ll be quicker. What’s going on with this office? Now I see why the workers before quit. They need to get it together.
