Drs.and staff pleasant and knowledgeable about the diagnosis process of my hands and forearm. Drs. Were conscience about my conditions diagnostic was good for my carpal tunnel, good on my contracture for my pinkie, not good on my thumb for a positive out come. HE TELLS YOU WHAT HE CAN DO FOR YOU IN TREMS THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND. THEN HE LETS YOU DECIDE WHICH WOULD BE BEST FOR YOU. HE DOES NOT HOLD BACK ON HOW MUCH PAIN YOU WILL GO THROUGH ON EACH PROCEDTURE.
Dr Formanek is an exceptionally caring physician. I was involved in a accident which lead to the need for a hand surgeon. He was recommended as the best hand surgeon in Iowa. Even though we live over 2 hours away, I sought out the best. With perfection he set a plan in place. With surgical precious he has worked with me since Mother's Day week. This is my second hip replacement with Dr. Fish and couldn't imagine anyone else caring for me during this health challenge.
I have had both knees replaced by Dr Jacobson. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of both surgeries. Dr Jacobson is professional, competent and provides excellent and honest care. His PA, Jordan Reiner, is equally great! I am so happy my physician recommended Dr Jacobson at Capitol Orthopedics!!!
Dr. Nguyen has effectively treated me for right shoulder tendinitis. He provides excellent care, explains very well the condition and treatment and is available and responsive. I am moving out of state, and Dr. Nguyen provided referral information for my continued care. In addition to being an effective provider, he is patient focused, kind and caring. I am very grateful for his care and treatment.

Dr. Fish is an excellent doctor. He has done 4 surgeries for me, that all went very well. When I first came to Dr. Fish, I was low on hope for being pain free. Dr. Fish listened to me, gave me guidance and hope, and I am living a better life!
