Response to Madelyn Hardin fictitious post. There use to be a response to her post and it no longer appears. The site does not allow the realtor to comment now, so here is my comment. If a house was for sale, and the day Madelyn inquired was the last day, it was probably an auction property. Why would I possibly not show her that property? She may have had no proof of funds to purchase if she said she was a "cash buyer" or "no pre-approval letter" from a lender to purchase. Otherwise, we would have looked at the home. I inquired about a house back in December locally and he gave us the run around. He stated that it was the last day the house was going to be on the market and never would give us a call back. When I did call him, he sounded like he had been napping. I ended up having to get in touch with a different realtor from a different company. Would not recommend this company for first time buyers.
