We waited 65 minutes at our table after our order was taken. No bread, no salads, no drink refills. Ordered steak and lobster. Lobster was so overcooked that parts of it were crispy, it was hard the cut even with a steak knife and it is served with clarified butter that was old/rancid. The manager comped some of the meal. Wagyu was good. Asparagus was good. Veal parm was good. Lobster was zero stars Service was the worst.
Oh, man, where to begin? I guess with service, as Roger (backed up by Trevor and overheaded by Bobby) was the real deal. We were there for "Wagyu Wednesday." (More on that in a minute.) Michael was the best server...he recommended the cowboy steak, my stardust cocktail and both were delicious. This place was sophisticated and the service superb! Highly recommend :)
William B's Steakhouse is top notch. From the 22oz ribeye to the filet mignon to the seafood tower, we really hit the jackpot!
