I had a horrible day and decided to take myself to a great steak restaurant. Even though I live here in Las Vegas, I hardly treat myself and I'm so happy I did tonight at William B's at the Suncoast. From Kenna, the hostess, Alex my waiter, Trevor my server, and Daniel, who cleaned my table and boxed up my food, I can't say enough about this perfect excellent service I experienced. This Steakhouse is one of the Best Restaurants in Las Vegas, hands down. 5 Big Stars for variety & overall just pure greatness .... Food & Service in the best around , old school hospitality.... you don't find this anymore.....
I wish I could give more stars! We were treated like royalty and the food was absolutely incredible! Roger took amazing care of us. I would highly highly recommend coming here! Thank you all for making our dinner such an amazing experience!
Spur of the moment dining adventure because the Asian restaurant was closed. Glad they were (I've dined there before) and William B's Steakhouse was so much better. I know you can't compare. Special shout out to Roger (hope that was his name) from Kauai who was our server. He was very personable and he chatted with us a bit too which made our dining experience a great one. We had an 8pm reservation and were sat promptly. It kind of went downhill from there. Took awhile (20-30mins) to put our order in, drinks didn’t come for almost an hour after which I inquired to the waiter who admitted he forgot to put them in to the bar. We were there over 2 hours before we got our food and were not offered more bread or appetizers while waiting or given any apologies for the wait until the runner brought the food.
