Dr Acevedo is kind however.... there seems to be some sort of disconnect between him and the staff. I have been waiting over a YEAR to have a mb medical Bed for my daughter. Why..... because no one can fill out the form correctly!!!!!! dont believe me view my last email from the company: Good afternoon, Dr. Acevedo did not complete the MEDICAL NECESSITY HOSPITAL BED form. Section to where he has to answer YES or NO was not completed and the MEDICAL NECESSITY/ JUSTIFICATION was not completed. I can not spell the instructions ... read more
Amazing all the way around. Avalon has been going for two years. He's the best.
He's excellent with my son!! I love it here. He answers all my questions I have being a new Mom and make myself and my son feel very comfortable. Would recommend him and his staff to all my friends.
