William is HVAC certified, a master in mechanical engineering, even robotics engineering! Very polite and knowledgeable. Professional and fair in pricing. Never have we experienced such wonderful service. This man takes pride in his work and is a man of his word. No job is to big or to small. Definitely someone that you can hire and then relax knowing the job will be done right the first time. Unfortunately we will no longer be able to hire him. He passed away in August(2018).
