Love Dr Banks. Best doctor I've ever had. Now that I am without health insurance, and cant pay out of pocket for a visit I cant get refills on my meds. Even though I'm supposed to take them everyday so I don't end up back in the hospital they won't approve them because I havnt had my yearly physical even though I was there this past May. So while I have to figure out insurance I also have to worry about the stomach pain, and my ulcers not rupturing again on top of it. But hey I'll get that physical asap.
Dr. Banks listens, he cares, yet the office staff at this location has been incredibly frustrating to deal with – which is why I'm now having to change providers. Their responses to questions are full of typos, errors in information, and just plain lazy in most cases. Getting a basic test result has required diligent follow up and effort. Communication is very poor.
Dr. Banks has been a gift to me and my family. He is not only an incredibly knowledgeable and competent physician, he’s a kind and compassionate individual who truly knows what it means to care for his patients well. I’m grateful to have him as my primary care physician!
Dr. Banks is a great Primary Care physician. He is straight forward, down to earth and cares a great deal for his patients. In my experience as his patient and also a nurse who has known him for over 10 years, he is excellent and Baptist is lucky to have him!
