We had two great experiences with W&S and I referred them to my parents for their work vans. W&S left an oil plug open on their work van and ruined the driveway of a multimillion dollar home. They ended up coming back and fixing their mess up on the van but were 45 minutes late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an oil change for my vehicle and my husbands. They were supposed to be here at 8am. It’s now 9:40 and they are not responding to calls or texts. VERY unprofessional.
They were at my neighbors house doing oil changes and I asked if they could work me in. I highly recommend .I had a great experience with them and will be using them for now on.
Communication was outstanding. We received a full service professional oil change in our driveway for much less than the dealership charges. Would highly recommend their service. We’ll use William & Son again.
