Have been a patient of Dr. Taylor for over 20 years. Consistently excellent service with a top-notch team. Fast, efficient and friendly. Always a great experience. Highly recommend.
The kindest, most compassionate dentist you could hope for. Immediately took charge of my case, followed up with me personally, and made himself available in off-hours. And it was my first visit! The receptionist (I'm so sorry! I don't remember your name right now) was also lovely. Most unhesitant 5-star rating I've ever given.
Dr. Taylor and staff were very kind and punctual. But the office overall was old / didn't appear extremely clean, the dental assistant was new and did not seem very confident / experienced, and Dr. Taylor barely looked at my teeth. At all other dentists I've been to, they tell me to floss more and give me feedback on my gums, but he did not give me any feedback.
I have been visiting Dr. Taylor's office for a number of years. I have never had a problem getting the schedule I wanted and never had to wait more than a few minutes beyond my scheduled time. The receptionist is very accommodating and pleasant.
My appointment was smooth and quick, with great advice for healthier teeth care.
