I am a 51 year old who has had high PSA scores for years. After an annual physical revealed increasingly high PSA levels I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. A bit uncomfortable with my regular urologist I was fortunate enough to be led to find Dr. Smith. He performed a biopsy, which wasn't fun of course but my experience was far better than some friends of mine. My 87 year old father sees Dr Smith. Dr. Smith is a very good doctor who is knowledgeable and patient with my dad. His staff is a different story. His nurses are at best stoic and sullen. They didn’t even take my dad’s blood pressure or temperature when we got there. We were concerned he might have an infection so temperature might have been important!
