Wonderful experience. Great staff.
Dr Segal is exceptionally RUDE and only cares about money, not his patients of their wellbeing. I have a rare brain disorder which often gives you blurry vision and migraines—- he knows this, but doesn’t care. He wasn’t understanding and charged me $50 for something that was completely out of my control when I had to cancel. I would NEVER go back to this practice. He doesn’t care about YOU!!!

Dr. Segal has the deepest sympathy and compassion for patients going through difficult times. It is our goal to make patients feel comfortable and cared for in our office. We appreciate feedback that focuses us on that goal. We do have a cancellation policy that includes a fee in some circumstances. While we know that can be frustrating, our policy is standard for the industry. Medical practices necessarily discourage cancellations. Anyone with questions or concerns may contact our office.
Dr. Segal is an excellent doctor who knows what he is doing.

Really sharp at what he does. He has a great 'bed' side manner! But best of all he is very careful!
Dr. Segal was excellent as was the staff. I was impressed with his review of my procedure going over every detail at least 3 times before beginning procedure. I felt like I was in good hands the entire surgery.
Dr segal is a wonderful doctor and staff is very goo also.
One year after bilateral cataract surgery, my vision is still 20/20. I am more than satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend Dr. Segal and staff.
My wife and i both had excellent experiences with our procedures, including the followups.
