Very unpleasant experience. Referred to Dawsonville ortho walk-in clinic by my PCP (NGPG) for swollen knee. Greatful for walk-in clinic. That's where the praise ends. Got into the exam room fairly quickly and answered all screening questions by Dr's aide who left the room stating Dr. Primos would be right in. I waited 35 min before he came to the room, asked some questions; did a brief exam and said he wanted to do a X-ray. He left the room and said someone would be right in to do X-ray. Very detailed and explains diagnosis and possible treatments very well. Takes his time. Great bedside manner. Have seen him for a leg injury and a broken elbow injury. I’d highly recommend him!
Need to give your patients better information/ instructions on building and office location.
He is the man to go to for a knee brace. In this department I would put him above other orthopedic surgeons in the area. HIs knee brace for my meniscus tear was great. I also have never had any type of physician explain the diagnostics so thoroughly.
