I've been a patient of Dr. Pomerantz since he began his practice. During that time he has been kind, considerate and always has done an excellent job. The office environment is clean, well kept and friendly. The office staff is pleasant and his hygienists are the best. There is never a wait and he usually takes us as soon as we get there. My children have been his patients since they were born, We would never go anywhere else for our dental care.

The staff is friendly, the hygenists are good, and you never have to wait. It is easy to get in last minute during a weekday. But I feel that Dr. Pomerantz doesn't have the passion he used to have 15 years ago. The feeling I get is he is burned out and doesn't truly care about the patients complaints. If you prefer a dentist who doesn't like to take action but is more of the "wait and see" type then this is the dentist for you. But I have been disappointed lately with my visits. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide?
