I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel people need to know what they are walking into. Communication with office staff is poor and unfriendly. Was called many times about moving my appointment up an hour early and called to confirm it was ok but no one could relay the message. Waited months to see Dr. Mourad and was hopeful to finally get relief as my doctor recommended him. An hour before the appointment the nurse called and tried to talk me out of coming. Thank you doctor for the great service. I was nervous before my procedure but you made me feel at ease. The whole procedure was smooth. Definitely recommend you for Colonoscopy.
Prescription for prep was easy to get down. Pre-procedure instructions were clear. He and his staff were very pleasant to work with. He did my procedure at Edward Hospital in Naperville. What he did and what I can expect as normal vs. abnormal post-procedure reactions were clear and concise.
