Willhoites is iconic to our awesome little town. It's the place to be for a great time, a good buffet, the best wings EVER and a fun staff. One specific family member is as iconic as Willhoites itself. Ms Kathy Matson-Lewis is a personal favorite. She helps make the Willhoites charity events successful and is always willing to go out of her way to help local charity events successful as well. She truly is a house and community treasure! �

When a friend from London had a Texas layover we knew exactly where to take him for a cold brew, delicious wings, and some down home Texas hospitality. It was no surprise to see Kathy Lewis behind the bar and chatting with patrons as usual. Willhoites will always be "Cheers" for us and a great many in the city of Grapevine. So I guess Kathy would be Carla or Rebecca, maybe even Sam? Either way Kathy remains an essential character in keeping Willhoites the iconic presence we all know and love!
