Great place I love this place! Bought a Janome sewing machine there several months ago. The salesperson was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right machine for the projects that I work on. And I might add, very patient, as I was having a hard time making a decision. Have been back several times to buy thread and notions. The prices are very reasonable and the people there are always friendly.
Good Place for Odd Items I went in looking for bobbins and needles for a very old sewing machine. They patiently helped me locate the items and order them. However, I had to call a few times to find out that they had arrived so I could go pick them up. I certainly didn't have the same kind of experience that the previous posters did.
Don't Use Willet's Here is a letter I wrote to them after visiting their store:
Unique items These guys have unique sewing items you can't find at the big name stores. Their prices are fair and they have a good selection. Only draw back is their customer service is not that great. The sales people seemed agitated. I would go back only if I am desperate for an item and don't want to mail order it.
