BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! My fears and past negative experiences kept me from tending to my dental needs for several years until a recent emergency (that led to extensive treatment) led me to Dr Jenna. She and Michelle did an excellent job of ensuring my comfort and replaced my fears with knowledge and an honest & thorough explanation of my treatment plan and follow up. Thank you, also, to the entire staff from the reception area to the business office for the kindness I received. I would send anyone I know to Dr. Jenna!
As much as I hate going to the dentist I just have to say that Dr. Willett & his team make you feel so relaxed, comfortable & they are just super nice. If your looking for a dentist I would highly recommend them.
I had a wisdom tooth break off after SEVERE PAIN all night I called the office at 9 am the next morning. They got me in the same day within 3 hours of my call. EVERYONE was so nice and welcoming. I have horrible anxiety about dental work and they made me 100% comfortable. They made sure I was totally numb throughout the whole extraction. Don’t let Dr. Willett do a root canal. He left many metal instruments stuck in my roots (6 in 2 teeth to be exact). He only ever told me about 1. Leaving those has caused all kinds of problems. Do yourself a favor & see a specialist who knows what they are doing. This has caused me a lot of money & pain. Also think telling your patient about all the instruments you broke off in their roots should be a top priority.
Absolutely the best�The staff is professional and caring. Drs Willett and Patton really love what they do, and take time with each patient to provide exceptional care. Staff is on call and always available to their patients.
Dually insured, referred to them (holiday weekend) and were willing to see husband in pain for $1700 cash. Was not able to process credit card/debit card or anything. Would not come in without cash. Explained we had double insurance but would only accept cash. Recommended by my dental office due to our dentist being out of town. You'd think a simple conversation between offices and a gesture for covering for another professional could be coordinated.
I've gone to Dr. Willett's office for dental care for over 10 years and I've always loved it. They do great work and it's more like going to see my friends then the dentist. I never dread the dentist. They do mission work in other countries to help those who can't afford dental services. You can tell they love each other and love to care for their patients. I would recommend this office to anyone and have. They are quality in my book!!!
