Second time coming here for tire related issues (nail punctured a tire, some other sharp metal punctured a tire), both times was given an appointment really quick, customer service is probably the best customer service I have ever had anywhere, bar none, and they never try and upsell or scam. Second time I was told the metal didn't full puncture the tire so they gave me no charge! Cant recommend enough.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my Jeep from this dealership! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received from Matt and Chris, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Absolutely terrible experience. Few days back, I walked into this dealership fully prepared to buy a JEEP SUV, but the behavior of the sales team made me walk out without a second thought. The staff were shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or even showing basic courtesy, they acted dismissive and openly looked down on me. "Take that Offer or Run" Rating: 1/5 Went today, May 4, 2026 around 9:30 AM for a vehicle appraisal on my Charger The offer was far below market value. When I tried to negotiate, the Sales Manager told me verbatim: "Take that Offer or Run." Just ultimatums. Sales person was good but Manager didn’t even tried. Appraising cars is part of the job. Basic respect and professionalism should be too. I won't be back, and I'd caution anyone looking to trade in here to get other quotes first.
