I want to give a shout-out to Moose in the service department. There’s another Dodge dealership closer to me and I even went there once for quick help—but the customer service didn’t come close. I drove into town specifically because my experiences here have always been solid, and that’s because of Moose. Very disappointing experience with Wille Dodge. My Ram has had multiple electrical issues since purchase. It was dead in my driveway the day after I bought it. 2 years later still fighting intermittent electrical problems and the truck is currently inoperable. They say they’re trying to fix it, but I’ve been told 2–3 months for parts and even then it’s only a hopeful fix. My truck was leaking oil so i took it in to Wille and it took them 8 days to just tell me what the problem was and that it would be ~$950 to repair. 5 days later they called me and told me it will now be $1350-half again as much as they originally quoted me so I paid them, walked out and will never return
