These guys saved my life yesterday! I ran out of gas in the middle of a busy road with my teenager in the car. (I have not made the mistake of running out of gas since I was 16 years old, and it was not a pleasant feeling when I realized it). The tow truck driver, Eddie, was fantastic. He loaded the car onto the truck, got us out of harm's way and delivered me to the gas station to fill up. RecommendedHad a very good experience with a Willards on 10/10/20. My neighbors daughter ran way off the road in Flowery Branch in the middle of a big storm. I Was able to get Preston one of the heavy truck operators out there within 25 mins to pickup the Jeep and set it back on the road without causing any additional damage to Jeep. My husband I were travelling from Florida and got stuck on I-85. We got your number from a HERO patrol guy and along came Eddie. About the nicest guy on the planet. Took us to a transmission shop which was great and went above and beyond by dropping us at our hotel. Wouldn't take an offer of tip money. He did all this when he could have been heading home, as we were his last shift. Thank you so much!

Called to set-up tow for next day. Was told to call back the morning of. Called the morning of and was told too booked up. Was also hung up on before I could have any further conversation. Unfortunately after two good experiences I have to get a couple sour dispatchers and obviously don’t care if they have repeat customers moving forward.
They were very helpful to me at 3am and got me back on the road without a tow. I will use Willard anytime I need service. Excellent service!!
