Have always been pleased with the care and service our doggies receive from Dr. Bacon and Dr. Loden and staff. Worth the drive to Willard!
I usually like this place but had a bad experience. Made an appointment to get my dog rabbies shot and they lost it. Told me the dog only had 1 open spot because some one cancelled at 1130. I don't get how 1 shot could take so long that they couldn't squeeze me in around the time I originally had an appointment.
We always have a good experience at Dr. Bacon's office. Even when we aren't there for good things. But when Bruce had Pancreatitis he took the time to call and check on him.
