RecommendedLet me start off by saying Dr. Brett Bacon and his staff is awesome. They have taken care of my dog Koda for 8 years. Here recently i had to put him down do to cancer. i called up there and the new staff said there wasnt any openings for me to bring koda in and that I would have to either take him to the pet er or wair till 8 oclock the next morning. Words cannot express the appreciation I have for the staff during my precious Cougar's illness. It was a journey with many ups and downs, but the staff was always available. Dr. Bacon, thank you for providing amazing care to Cougar for many years. Dr. Loden, thank you for showing Cougar love and providing amazing care to him while he was hospitalized. Dr. McIntyre, thank you for your kindness, compassion and lengthy discussion in the difficult decision to let Cougar be at peace <3
My poor little chihuahua has been battling some serious skin issues off and on for several months. I left him today for some testing to see if we could figure out why he keeps getting infections. Dr. Bacon was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done and kept me informed through out the day about the process. The whole staff was wonderful with him and kept him as happy and comfortable as could be.
