I was very disappointed in the customer service. My customer service representative was Shameer. He dropped the ball twice on the permit. I received a letter from Miami-Dade permit stating that the permit was about to expire. I talked to Shameer about the matter and he said that the would take care of it the first thing the next morning. By mid-day the next day, I had still not heard from him.
