Brian has been working on our cars for many years - long before he opened his shop. He's always done an excellent job keeping our cars running. I absolutely HATE paying for car repairs - Brian makes sure I understand what must be fixed now, what should be fixed at some point, and what issues can be ignored (and what happens when I ignore issues with my car.) Fast and friendly service!
Willard Garage is the best in the metro and they prove it each time we visit. A friend referred us to them when we needed a second opinion after a dealership recommended a costly repair. Willard’s was honest with us and told us that the costly repair wasn’t needed. And that’s who they’ve proven be every time - honest, knowledge, experienced, and professional! I highly recommend Willard Garage!
They are very welcoming and accommodating. They are up front, I love how they will look over your vehicle and call you with the price, including labor cost, before doing any work. They are not pushy or try to force you in to unnecessary costs. I come from a family with many mechanics and have had are very hard time trying to locate a mechanic I felt I could trust. I finally found one. Highly recommend! Who else holds clinic to teach people basic car maintenance?
