I have not bought a car since I was 20 from a lot and was shocked how much things have changed. At 20 no dealer would help a woman without talking to her like a little kid so I was nervous about buying again but to my surprise I was treated with the utmost respect by both Jerry and the owner. it was such a smooth and joyful experience. they got me into a car and financed it in less than 2 hours. Thank you for showing me courtesy and doing an amazing job.
Don’t buy a car from them, my daughters first car was purchased here, she drove it one time and it has been sitting in the shop for a month, with transmission problems. They won’t fix it, won’t take it back, we are now paying for a car she can’t even drive. Horrible people, horrible experience.
I know several people who have bought vehicles here and they couldn’t be happier. Friendly staff and they bend over backwards to help their customers.
I just purchased my 3rd car from this lot and will never look anywhere else again. Can't beat their service!
Just bought our 4th car from these gentlemen. Very good people that will treat you right. Stay away from Bayird Dodge. They will screw you. If you must have a new Dodge, go to Don Vance in Marshfield, MO. It is worth the trip.
