Honest and great to work with
These guys know their stuff and they are super helpful. I called, talked to Joe and even without pictures, he knew exactly the clamp I was referring to. When I went to the shop, he met me, got me what I needed and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will be working with them on any repairs I cannot do and parts for things I can.
You will not find a better repair shop. When my refrigerator died, they were determined to fix it. It was a challenge and the team responded to the challenge until the job was done. In the end they save me a lot of money,
Without a doubt the best customer service around. I have several friends who needed appliances and mr. Willard confidently stated to send them down. He values altruism and it shows.
