Once you move in you will be watched. The management watches everyone here. Back in to your parking spot you will hear about it 10 min later. Do something they don’t like you’ll have a message on the monthly newsletter. Felt like I was watched constantly. For the price it’s not horrible but it’s tiny and not worth having 0 privacy. This is my second time living here at Willamette View Apartments because I love the place so much! The management team here is great! The maintenance guys here Jayel and Jake are super nice and seem to fix my problems quick. I never have to wait around wondering if something will get fixed. Nicole is super sweet. She is very professional and really cares if you have any concerns. She will listen and do the best she can to help out.. I would stay away from this place they nice just get you in then as soon as you move in the manager Nicole watches everything you do she even turn her head in the office or move just to look people come in and out this where people should fill comfortable living here or having friends over even our guests would be like we never seen manger do something happen there. Trapped for a contract year, our days have become a series of regretful moments and mounting frustrations. What’s worse, our recently unemployed son was inexplicably coerced into shelling out an additional $250 under the guise of a “roommate fee” – a clear violation of the law, in case you’re wondering.
