This company has done work in the past for family and friends and been good, in the past. Now I have been trying for a week to contact them for another job and no one calls back. All I can assume is they have made all the money they need and do not need future customers, I will not be passing there name onto anyone ever again.
After 10 plus years of working with them, in several different houses we are cancelling our services today. Our system wakes us up almost every night due to a fault and they are not returning our messages or repeated efforts to fix. So disappointing. They were someone I would have recommended until recently.
Willamete Valley Security is amazing. They have all the newest security options that are compatible with phone apps. Being able to control my security from anywhere gives me the biggest piece of mind. Their reasponse time and eagerness to help is impeccable! Count not be happier or safer than I am with WVS!
Willamette Valley Security is friendly and helpful. Their office workers are eager to help and the field techs are polite! They showed me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions! I sleep soundly knowing I have WVS on my side!
