RecommendedI recently, yesterday, had surgery with Dr Warner.... from first appt through surgery, was a great experience.
Dr. Elkins is an amazing doctor. Very thorough and straight forward. For a very busy and demanding office, the medical staff does very well, and the leave department is fantastic.
I went in for two visits. The doctor was incompetent on the first visit and completely missed diagnosed me. He put me on a gnarly antibiotic for 30 days with no reduction. When I went back in he diagnosed me in minutes with an accurate diagnosis, after I told him what I thought it was. "Wow how did I over look this last time..." We're his exact fucking words. Now besides that, I'm receiving collections calls? They have never once called me to ask about a payment, or sent a bill, but they sell the account to a credit agency? ... read more
I like Dr. Elkins, but the staff either returns the call 5 days later(after an ER visit) or returns the call not even knowing anything about you, scheduling in a nightmare, there's a real lack of communication and I can't seem to get to the bottom of it.......save yourself some grief, go elsewhere.....
How long has it been since W. Urology has been on Oak St. ? This page is worthless and obviously never updated.
