Manager seems super cool, and really knows her stuff. With all the access to hikes at Minto Brown Park and downtown Salem, including the bridge to West Salem makes getting to the coast so much easier. And they have a pool for those humid Oregon summer days. This place really has the best of both worlds.
My life here at willamette terrace apts for the past 7 years has been fantastic.The owner is such a sweet lady that goes above and beyond to help the tenants here.I dont understand the bad reviews here.The manager is sweet and always takes the time to listen and help out in anyway she can.The maintenance men are awesome whenever theres a problem they get the job done very helpful people here that listen.and try there best to make any problems right.Anyone that's looking for a great place to live come check it out you won't r... read more
Stay Far Away If I could give zero stars, I would. Slumlord behavior at its finest. Management will repeatedly set appointments to fix issues in your unit—then simply never show up. Don’t expect follow-through, just excuses. The current owner was apparently taken advantage of by a previous management company, and instead of handling it professionally, she’s decided to take it out on the tenants. Fantastic place to live I’d give it 10 stars if I could.i been here 6 years the new management team is doing great things here to make living here so much better .There helpful professional and really care to help whenever something goes wrong. Thanks so much for giving us a safe peaceful clean place to live.
