My grandmother moved in here in 2011 because her grandchildren lived here I was five years old then and I’ve seen it go through a lot of changes it is so beautiful now there is flowers everywhere she is so happy with the new landlord Jonathan and the maintenance people Fidel Lorena and Olga you can have pets here and it feels like a huge community there’s always children coming up and playing it’s amazing she’s so happy now in fact I wouldn’t mind living here the pool is beautiful she has me over and we spend time with my so... read more

Nosy over stepping slum lords.
Since my last post about the Willamette Terrace things are still getting better. A wonderful family moved next to me. Her and her daughter with some of the other kids have made the cutest garden.I love watching the sweetness of it. Today Fidel was continuing to get the beautiful pool ready for summer. I can't wait to watch the kids play from a lounge chair and getting in and swimming myself. I LOVE summers here so much.
