Fantastic place to live I’d give it 10 stars if I could.i been here 6 years the new management team is doing great things here to make living here so much better .There helpful professional and really care to help whenever something goes wrong. Thanks so much for giving us a safe peaceful clean place to live.
Well I lived here for almost about 8 years and this new management has way improved over the last year. I've seen here a great big difference with this crew. They're curing, outgoing, professional and quit response that needs to be repaired from Willamette terrace apartments. I have to give the hands up to Lisa the manager Marvin maintenance and his crew awesome people. Plus These apartments r dog friendly... Woof woof is a definite plus in my book.
Willamette terrace apts. Is a great place to live.i have lived here for 5 years.Our manager lisa is a fantastic manager always goes above and beyond to help with any problems we have. The maintenance crew is excellent whenever something breaks or stops working they get it fixed right away.Thank you Willamette Terrace apts.for proving us with such a nice peaceful safe place to live.
Black mold. Slum Lord tactics. Animal urine soaked carpet. High theft/crime. They we refuse to actually fix anything while you're living there. Also do be sure to document everything upon move in as they will absolutely lie and blame you for everything that was wrong prior to you moving in on your move out inspection. These criminals deserve to rot in hell.
