We love living here. The grounds are well maintained. They take excellent care of the units and Tennant needs. Manager is so helpful. Very nice friendly neighbors. Feel blessed to live there.
Willamette Place Apartments is the perfect place to live if you have limited income, are disabled and/or 55 +. The management is so effecient, responsive and friendly. The landscaping is well cared for and the maintenence is prompt in responding to needs. What I found was the bonus of living there was it's location. The apartment is within walking distance of so many stores and a park. One could survive without a car if you have a cart, if that's your choice. It's a cute sweet place to live.
Pretty decent apartment complex, for senior and disabled only though. There was a remodel a few years back and it's not bad. Landscape and maintenance are pretty decent, plenty of shade trees all around, nicely paved walkways, decent sized kitchen, handicapped access in bathrooms is rather helpful. Management has picked up too.
