Ted and his crew did great work for us! Our new home is about 75 years old and had a furnace that was almost 40 years old. They were able to get it replaced and also add in air conditioning within a week and a half of us getting our initial estimate! Ted and his team went above and beyond to retrofit our home with central air. Our house was built in 1985, with baseboard heating, and is also an unusual shape and layout. Other companies bid $1000-10000 over Ted’s bid for 4 ductless units! With the team’s assistance and Ted’s creative vision of the installation, our house was completed in 2 days, with ducting/ heat pump/ AC, and with 8 vents throughout the house! P.S.
