The clinicians are great, but the office is run poorly and that makes the entire experience frustrating.
I have been with my therapist for 8 or 9 years. Don't know where I would be if not for the abilities of my therapist to walk me through. My kids also saw two other therapists at this office and I see a psychiatric nurse practitioner as well. I highly recommend this practice. Have only had the best of experiences.

I got rejected for being essentially ‘too mentally ill to help’. I’ve been desperate for help for months. This is a blow and a set back. I’m already in a DBT program and I needed an individual therapist on top of that to graduate. Don’t tell case workers/social workers you accept patients with all these ailments just to reject them.
