Everyone on staff is wonderful. Not only are they skilled at what they do, they notice the little things. I was freezing cold and was going to ask the assistant to hand me my jacket but I was waiting for her to finish setting up so I would not interrup her. Before I could say anything she saw me shivering and asked if I wanted a blanket. Also, I had a lot of work done and I mentioned to the front desk staff that I wish I didn't have to go to work later. It is always hard to have to find a new health care professional, including Dentists. My dentist had gone out of business and I just kept putting off trying to find a new one. I ended up visiting Harvard Dental Group when I accompanied another family member to their appointment. The staff was friendly, efficient, helpful and I decided to give it a try. I scheduled my own appointment and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The hygienist was great, as was the dentist, and I am very happy with my choice.
Staff is friendly, professional and patient. The Dr. is knowledgable, skilled and gives directions to help us keep good dental hygiene and health. Thank you for your good work.
Well my experience is always enjoyable. Dr. Clarke and all his staff is amazing.
We have been going to the Robinsons for years and when we went on Medicare, nothing more mattered than being able to continue with Brent even though we are almost an hour away! From his receptionists, to his entire staff, everyone is there for us. Dr. Brent is a perfectionist, and we can trust him with what is one of our most valuable commodities...our teeth!!! Thank you all!
The staff are honest and helpful, always smile and welcome you like a family. The equipment at top off the line, x-ray, TV and chair with massage and warmer. I will recommend this to my friends, co-worker and relatives. Thank you all.
