Don’t get their insurance, they only let you have one cleaning a year instead of the industry standard of one every 6 months. Actively neglecting patients who pay more of their insurance than others. Absolutely ridiculous and these people should all be extremely ashamed of themselves. Go somewhere where they will give you the basic standard of care!

Edit (9/16/2026): As of today, I still haven’t had a tooth they were planning to work on repaired. During my third visit to the office, the dental team was supposed to work on two teeth. They finished working on the canine, but when they started working on the tooth that wasn’t numb, they said a new appointment would need to be scheduled. The appointment was scheduled, but they had to cancel it because they said verification was needed because of the medication that may interact with other medications. We just drove an hour and a half to sit and wait for an hour and be told that there was an emergency and that they couldn’t do the appointment today. This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever received at a doctors office.
