I had to have 3 teeth pulled they made sure I was ok and comfortable the entire time they made sure I was aware of everything they were doing and I am happy with my treatment plan! They were awesome! Dr English and her assistant are great! Thank you
Friendly and informative staff, made me feel at home and checked out my teeth in a timely manner, also the Xylitol candy they sell at the counter is pretty tasty
As others have mentioned, the dentists and hygienists are phenomenal. The reception/office personnel need a serious attitude adjustment. This morning when I was late, the young lady with long dark hair snapped at me and made rude comments when I tried to explain to her what happened, referring to my explanation as a "story" as if I was making it up. I wasn't, and to be treated so rudely as a patient was kind of mind boggling. Is it so hard to say "I'm sorry to hear that, unfortunately we will have to reschedule" in a neutral... read more
