The WORST customer service I have ever had Not helpful at all I am not in a position to afford and definitely made to feel like I was a low life Applied for sliding scale and was denied their services and was treated unkind I either pay my bills or lose all of my teeth I cannot eat an because of it I am down to 98 lbs and unhealthy now due to the situation If you have a lot of money in this town you got it made if not your treated like a second class citizen
Everyone is very kind at the Lincoln City office. I can't remember the name of the woman who cleaned my teeth, but she was very gentle around the areas I told her were sensitive. I haven't been to a dentist my whole life, and no one made me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Just genuinely wanted to help me. They made an uncomfortable procedure pleasant with the atmosphere alone. I very much enjoyed my visit.

Willamette Dental Group of Lincoln City is the absolute best! Their staff is extremely caring, empathetic, and professional. Each team member goes above and beyond to treat each client with the utmost respect and care. At every appointment, I feel heard and seen. I’ve also witnessed them treat others with the exact same level of care. Their staff really understands how to communicate with all ages.
