If all you need is cleaning they are great (Milwaukie office) But for anything else FORGET IT! I have had coverage with Willamette for many years and all that I ever needed was cleaning. They are quick to get an appointment and convenient. But in January when I had a molar act up and needed treatment I was given the run around. I was sent to three different dentists at 3 different clinics with a variety of excuses why it would take 3 dentists to provide services (initial diagnosis was to cap the tooth). Salem Oregon office. Stay Away!!!!! From reading the rest of these reviews it seems a lot of these offices have issues. Trying to keep my review short and sweet. (a lot of other stuff happened but would be too long) Emergency visit at the Liberty Office in salem because out daughter was in pain from her wisdom teeth. Dentist never checked her teeth or gums just her bite and offered braces. She declined he said teeth we all fine just from looking at her bite. Didn't ask about wisdom teeth.
