I am a senior on disability with no denture insurance, they would not even back there dentures they made me. BAD !BAD! They want $ 150 just to look at them and they made my dentures, now my lining on bottom coming all the way off cutting my gums!! BS They should back there own work! All they want is money, not to help a senior in need, THEY MADE THE DENTURES, THEY SHOULD FIX THEM!

Trust is an important component when it comes to dental health. Trust involves much more than only the dentist. When a customer of Willamette Dental engages in a future appointment, and both the receptionist and client agree to a future appointment, I believe it should be upheld. Mine was not! We, the receptionist and me agreed that I would be notified by text message of my appointment. I would be notified by text message 3 days before the appointment. They cancelled my appointment without text messaging me. Unacceptable. No... read more

Williamette is the worst of the worse. All they want to do is take your money and charge the co-pay ever time you walk in. I had a took in front they did not want fix, they wanted pull it! I left their services and went to friend of mine who is a dentist and asked if he could fix it? He did fix it and put a crown on it. And I still now have that tooth 10 years later!!!

I had the misfortune of being a patient at Willamette dental in Seattle, WA. near Dexter Ave. & after appx five years my teeth were in such bad shape from the false nonsense about re-mineralizing cavities & completely ignoring crowns with cavities that were clearly visible, that by the time I left their incompetent care in June of 2019, that it took appx. $6,000.00 to fix the damage done to my teeth by the Willamette Dentists who lied to me & refused to fill cavities even when I could see them in a mirror. My new dentist was... read more

All I wanted was to have my teeth cleaned and have 2 cavities filled. After six months I still haven't had my teeth cleaned nor the cavities filled. The first appointment was only xrays. Second appointment was deep cleaning which I don't need. Tried to just have my teeth cleaned but declined. Prescribed me mouth wash that was in recall. They scheduled almost 2 months out and when I wasn't able to attend my appointment date due to being front line covid, they charged me and was going to have to wait another 2 months to resch... read more

I can't begin to express how awfully filthy the Dental rooms are. It's as if the clean up crew uses the same mop bucket and swashes all the gunk up onto the base of the Dental Chair base. What I visual witnessed and without exaggeration. Some sort of orange gooey substance stuck around the rim of the chairs base, black grime up on the base which reminded me of a barber shop after someone just had their hair cut. My biggest complaint is that the Assistant was handling all the tools with her bare hands after spending a good q... read more

I am on Health Share Oregon insurance, aka state coverred. Willammette in hillsboro and tigard have been scheduling appointments and doing nothing to milk the taxpayer cash cow over and over again. NOthing done at all. They have not even suybmitted the consultation forms to my cardiologist after a month and a half. I was supposed to be referred to an oral surgeon at the tigard location, spent all day there only to find they scheduled me for anotehr DMD not an oral surgeon. They had me wait to speak with the roal surgeon only... read more

If all you need is cleaning they are great (Milwaukie office) But for anything else FORGET IT! I have had coverage with Willamette for many years and all that I ever needed was cleaning. They are quick to get an appointment and convenient. But in January when I had a molar act up and needed treatment I was given the run around. I was sent to three different dentists at 3 different clinics with a variety of excuses why it would take 3 dentists to provide services (initial diagnosis was to cap the tooth). Their telephone s... read more
