Wonderful People! Everyone at the Eugene Office is fun and upbeat! My kids had a wonderful experience there, each of the dentists we have seen have been caring and compassionate to our needs.
Stay Away from Willamette Dental for Implant work Dont go to Willamette. As well as only providing exam and cleanings once a year, their implant and crown work is very poor. I had an implant installed, In which I have had no problems with. But the Crown never did look right (front #8) and it failed after about 3 years. I did nothing to cause this problem. When I engaged them about this, they told me that they think 2 years is enough time for a crown to last. Why then would I have got an implant and crown in the first place? ... read more
Fine for cleanings, avoid at all costs for any real dental treament My experience with Willamette Dental unfortunately corroborates the poor reviews. If all you're getting are cleanings, then they're fine, even though appointments literally have to be made 4-6 months in advance.
POOR! Customer service POOR! Work ethic POOR! Customer care. Willamette Dental has been nothing but a headache. I don't think they even warrant one star. That implies that there has been any effort made on their behalf, I certainly don't believe that to be the case. The worst service ever This group is over subscribed, and does not have enough dentists to handle their volume. Privately, you can have a root canal, and crown done in a week or so. Not at Willamette. Root canal in December, Imprint and Prep in March, Crown in April. Give me a break! They are so backloged when my wife broke her tooth in January, they said they could get her in in May!! I am just going to pay some dentist privately to do the work. Forget Willamette. The health risk for waiting in not worth it.
No show dentist, no call back, lousy service I can't even submit a complaint on their website! It won't take the form--states I must fill in the subject box that doesn't exist! Milwaukie staff arrogant, rude, charged copay to tell me they couldn't do the filling because they couldn't reach it (on my wisdom tooth)! Beaverton-Scholls was the nicest office I went to--actually had a nice scheduler and kind sympathetic hygienist, although the dentist was extremely rude and arrogant to me and her assistant!
Worst Ever!! There is not enough room on my computer to tell how awful Willamette Dental is. If you prefer being talked down to, lied to, and told you've been rescheduled without your knowledge when you've just traveled a half hour in a snow storm with 5 children including a 1month old, ENJOY WILLAMETTE DENTAL!
Frustrating!!! I am frustrated that it takes me three months to get a cavity filled and three more months to get the root canal that was much needed. Five more months to get the crown completed - it is almost a scam at how understaffed they are and how long it takes to get the treatment which is needed. At that point the initial problem has became a bigger one.
Best Dental Experience of my life Highly capable and caring staff all around. I no longer fear going to the dentist. And in this economy, it is nice to finally have some affordable health insurance.
