Managing Costs My first visit there was pleasant. My previous dentist (that my new insurance would not cover) printed out over $2,000 in work they wanted to do. WD only found a couple of minor problems, which I am scheduled to fix. My dentist was personable but very busy. Let's face it. This is the state of medicine in the US. You pay high premiums for less service. If you don't like it, shop around. Remember "free marketplace"?
Willamette dental sucks!!!!!!!!! my wife went in to have 3 teeth pulled. A week and a half later she had to go back in because she was still bleeding some, in pain and thought she felt part of a tooth left behind. Sure enough there was. Now it has been over a month and she has had two pieces of bone or tooth pushed through her gums causing pain and bleeding.Yesterday she felt a big chunk of bone that was not smoothed out after her wisdom tooth was pulled. Ouch in Puyallup The Puyallup office of Willamette dental is by far the WORSTdentist office in the Puget Sound area. We had Dr. Chin (whom you could not understand at all). I had 2 fillings on the left bottom and speed is all this dentist is interested in. First came his HORRIBLE administration of the novacaine. He jammed the needle in so far that I flew up out of the chair. Counting the injection to the 2 fillings, the total time elapsed was 19 minutes. 19 MINUTES!!! worst experience ever Worst Experience Ever Willamette Dental is Awful. I have never been treated so poorly all the way from the scheduling office to local office. The staff, both dentist, asst and receptionist to office managers. The patient is just a number to them, they don't care about you. The dentist scared my 11 yr old son so bad he was petrified to go in for an extraction. He was nervous so the dr belittled him showing no compassion or professionalism. housewife I have had willamette dental for 4yrs and it has been great for myself and kids. So sad to hear bad review's with kids but BRUSH AND FLOSS your kids teeth and no soda and candy for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sure as parents hopefully you shower and brush you teeth do the same for your children! Willamette Dental is great!
Incompetant Fools First off... Like people have said before. You get what you pay for! If you go to the grocery store and buy store brand macaroni and cheese it is going to taste horrendous. So before you complain so much about shotty service think about the fact that YOU chose to go somewhere 'CHEAP.' For the people stating that it takes 10 days for an urgent appointment.. funny considering Willamette Dental as numerous ER centers that get you in within a 24-48 time period. Worst Dental Group EVER! My experience is in Federal Way, WA, but it is the same here as in OR. I could simply echo all the comments before me: poor service, extremely poor workmanship, zero accountability. I too had a crown fall off less than a week after they put in on and they tried to charge me to fix their mistake. They would not budge. This is the most unprofessional group of dentists ever. Never, Never Never Willamette Dental is a nightmare never take your child there.We recently became one of the many uninsured americans. Unfortunately my only option was to put my daughter on Oregon Health Plan. Willamette Dental was not a choice but our only option. She had a great dentist before at Great Grins. GREAT DENTIST AND STAFF I am so thrilled with my care at the Roseburg office. From the front desk staff to my dentist and and his dental assistant. My dentist also diagnosed Shogrins syndrom because he cares about everything to do with your mouth. He is kind, gental and very knowedgeable. The only reason for 4 stars is the length of time between appointments.
