really bad experience Like the previous poster, we have had a terrible experience. My six year old daughter had a cavity that wasn't completely drilled out, a filling was put over it. Two weeks later we were back in the office with extreme pain, an abcess, and a tooth extraction. It was traumatic for her and for me. She cried longer and harder than she ever has in her life. Every place they did work they made worse If I could give negative stars, I would! I had a bad feeling the first time I went in to the office and I wish I had listened to my gut then and just walked out, but on OHP, this was the only place I was allowed to go. They caused damage to 6 of my daughter's teeth, resulting in the loss of one of her teeth and the need to have all the work removed and replace elsewhere. Dentists A large impersonal dentist with different branches of dentists located in different areas of the state and administered from the Portland area. It takes up to 4 months to get an appointment here which seems unreasonable. Though they have some competent dentists here, the clerical staff is not very helpful
It really couldn't get worse I have had the misfortune of having to be a patient at this clinic. My husband's insurance will only allow us to go here. They have mismanaged my children's dental care resulting in thousands of dollars of corrective surgery for my daughter. We had to take her elsewhere and pay out of pocket. My fillings etc never last. It takes months to get appointments. This is not how to treat hard working people. This location is also the primary location for Oregon Health plan patients.
dental me and my children go here,all pretty good experiences,except last time i took my 7 year old daughter in and jay the pediatric wasnt in so we saw someone else and he was very impatient with my daughter,she ended up telling him no and locking her jaw lol,so we will see jay next time who is great!
