the dentist, back office and people actually caring for patients were GREAT. the scheduling people, front office and rule mongers need a few lessons in customer care. Refused to "allow me to schedule to get both teeth fixed" would only schedule for one tooth at a time. then refused to allow scheduling of the second tooth repair until i had completed a new patient visit with cleaning, exam, and evaluation- IN 6 WEEKS!!
