Willamette Auto Group has Horrible Service Multiple times I have taken my vehicle to this service center and multiple times I have been irritated while driving home. Today put it over the top when my 50,000 mile "bumper to bumper" warranty did not cover a simple parking brake adjustment. They charged me just under $76 after waiting over an hour and a half for a simple tightening which under normal circumstances should only take 10 - 15 minutes for a knowledgeable mechanic to adjust. Rude to the point of abusive...Never Again!! Perfect gentlemen when it comes to selling the car and taking your money but after the sale is completely different. I called Juan in accounting 5 days after the sale to let him know how the financing was going. Why 5 days? Because I bought the car while I was on vacation and wouldn't be home for 5 days, Juan knew that. Excellent customer service I have bought 2 vehicles from Willamette Auto Group. Each time the salesman have been friendly and honest. The cars have been in excellent condition and have yet to have any problems. I have also had several cars worked on at their shop and they always put customers first. They have a rule that they don't pass unless the customer is 100% satisfied.
