First visit was today. Prior to the visit, Dr Thorson called and spoke to me about my son and moved our visit to an earlier time. She also arranged the visit as a telemed which saved me from a full day adventure in Miami traffic . Our appt was on time and the doctor also had a fellowship student at the meeting ( Matthew) who actually asked me questions. Dr. Thorson has been amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional and the genetics team truly caters the plan of care & individualizes it to each patient. My baby has VLCAD (mild form of it) and they were supportive of my decision to breastfeed my child vs. giving her a specialized formula. I love her medical team. It has made all the difference on coping and managing a child suffering from a rare, genetic condition. I'm truly grateful.

I have not enough words to say thank you to Dr Willa Thorson for her professionalism. She took the time to examine my child and she took the time to explain me his condition even when I asked the same thing over and over again. Thank you Dr Thorson for the excellent care you are providing to your patients . I’ll be grateful forever.
