Scheduled an appointment to see a used truck they had listed online. Drove over an hour with the family to go out and be shown the wrong truck. When I explained the truck I was there to see, the sales rep acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I found the ad online and found it had been recently deleted. He proceeded to try to sell me on an older model year with less features for 7k more. Got hit with the old bait and switch. Buyers beware.
