I brought in a ring a few years ago with a loose white opal I wanted to sell the gold only. When the salesman brought back the box I had the antique ring in I noticed the opal was missing. I asked where it was. He said he didn’t see an opal anywhere. I was SO mad. I couldn’t believe an establishment like this would rip me off! I was disappointed.

Took my engagement ring here to get resized even though it was not bought here. I had it back in 4 days and it looked better than it did when I took it in. They tightened all of my stones and cleaned it so well. It fit absolutely perfect and there is no sign of it even being cut to be sized down. My ring is sparkling more than ever and all of the staff there were so delightful to work with. We will most definitely be purchasing our wedding bands from here and I will be referring everyone I know! Outstanding business!
Came here for engagement ring shopping. It was a great experience and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. Will Jewelers is a local ma & pa store and carried more selection than the generic rings found in Kays, Jareds, Zales, etc. Visited many jewelers in the area and found the ring of my dreams ultimately at Wills. Excellent service & highly recommend.
