I have a bias since I am employed as a Licensed Psychologist at this integrated care Center. However, this is a place that provides one stop care: dental, medical, pre-natal, psychiatric and behavioral. Like going to the mall, every thing in one location.
Every time my kids have a scheduled appointment we wait a minimum of 2 hours just to be seen. however if we go to the walk in we are seen in about 1.5 hours, still a very very long wait. The ONLY reason I go back is because I actually like a few of the doctors. The secretaries are plain rude when you call the schedule a appointment and actually make up excuses as to why you shouldn't schedule for that day. EVERY time I take my girls to their checkups we end up waiting 2 hours after our actual appointment time....I asked the lady an hour after our appt time when she thought they might call us...she got all frustrated with me saying well people actually showed up for their appointment time so you have to wait...seriously poor planning and rude staff...will not come back
It is a nice place that provides good service. And also the ppl working there are nice and friendly.
Terrible place im sick as hell and I've been here since 10:15am was told I'd be seen at 1:15pm it's now 1:32pm and they said I still have 2 more people ahead of me? How!!!! I'm ready to almost pass out in this waiting room. I understand your helping people but really 3 hours
