My job asked me to contact them directly for y Covid shot. I work for a school but when they scheduled it for all of us I had just finished chemo and couldn’t get it. I called this morning and the lady was so rude I wasn’t able to explain myself. She told me to go online and register and wait for a call. She couldn’t given me a chance to explain my case. Very unprofessional!
I am very angry right now, I am out of refills on one of my medications and have been trying for over a week to get it resolved, since the office is closed it goes to an on call service and they are extremely rude, hung up on me multiple times as I was trying to explain to them my situation. they told me all I can do is call the 727-8670 number which takes me to the main menu where it just rings and rings and nobody answers. My Mom went to this location. Was an awful experience. The doctor (Dr.Lee) saw her for all of three minutes, didn't ask any questions, and gave her a printed piece of paper and some medication then left. Had to ask Doctor questions to try and figure out for herself what was going on instead of the other way around. My refill on meds was denied by a doctor not in that field. After a year of taking another med that now interacts. Why wasn't I told that a year ago. Now I have to wait two months or for cancellation to see a doctor n that field. Shouldn't I have been told that a year ago? Thought you weren't suppose to abruptly end a med. Took years to get the proper diagnosis only to be denied without option of stopping interacting drug. Now I have to wait two months to see a doctor in that field or wait for a cancellation. Because it along wait time and when you get there early you still got wait over 2 hour or sometimes a hour and a half that to long but good doctor there
