Fabulous Saloon The atmoshphere of the salon is stylish yet comforting. The decor is clean and modern. The staff is professional, intelligent and welcoming. They work well as a team and it is evident and the hair styles they produce. Only things to consider is it is very expensive. You need to spend minimum $50
Will Charles Salon is excellent - new ownership Jane - Nino was atrocious and does not work there anymore. Eric and Billy now own the salon. Eric gives the best cuts, and Billy is hands down the best colorist in Boston. Try them again - you won't be disappointed.
Too high Wow when I ever went in there and they told me to style my hair would cost me 60 I ran out because I can get it done elsewhere for 30. That was nuts o my you know it was a great place very highly respected but too high in price. Looks great to go there and have your hair doen but too high.
WORST SALON first off, my appointment was at 2:30 they made me wait around until 3:00. Then they took me to wash my hair, the girl that was washing my hair left me with shampoo in my hair while she talked to a co worker about for 10min. Then I finally I sat down and waited for Nino to do my hair. He came over and asked me really unprofessional questions like, "do you have a boyfriend, when was the last time you were on a date, why did you break up?" Without even asking what my name was. Dress to Impress! Runway is a great salon if you are willing to pay approximately $100 for a simple haircut. The salon is extremely trendy with a European feel. The receptionists are extremely friendly and cater to your every need. The clients tend to be dressed to the nines for their hair appointment and that makes the scene a little intimidating. Although it is extremely expensive, this salon is truly a luxurious treat! Just make sure you are dressed to impress when you go in....
