She cleaned my teeth and was very caring and answered all of my questions and did not hurt at all!
Got prior approval from Ins Co approving at no cost to me. She then billed me for $68. I complained. She then sent my account to a collection Co. Very very poor DDS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND her for anything! !!
Dr. Deb has been our dentist for over 7 years....she was first a assistant in Independence and then began her own business in Blue Springs. We love her kind and caring personality. I am a foster parent and she has much compassion for my traumatized children. I couldn't ask for a better dentist and her staff is amazing! She is very caring and makes referrals for all my children who need orthodanic care. Lori G.
I would recommend Dr Wilkinson. She is very thorough in her exam. Very concerned about the health of her patients. Very knowledgable and proactive in treatments and/or referrals for specialized services. Dr Wilkinson answers all questions and has a wonderful report with my family and I. Awesome dentist! The staff are easy to work with and are very good about reminders for appointments.
I have been seeing Dr. Wilkinson for over twn years now and I find her very compedent in her knowledge and skill as a dentist. She is as pain free dentist without sedation as you can get. Very gentle in her skill. Continually communicates as to your comfort ans well-being as she is working. She will do multiple procedures in one setting. Love her, and her staff. We always receive the best care when we visit. Wait times are short. She always takes the time to answer any questions we have. I appreciate her genuine concern for my sons teeth as well as overall health. So glad we found her!
I had to go in today to get a cavity filled on the ROOT of my tooth (hint, the root is right next to the nerves). Dr. Wilkinson was going to fill it without giving me any pain medication, nor did she even OFFER any. I asked for some and she tried to talk me out of it, but I demanded it. My Medicaid would not pay for the cavity so I had to pay out of pocket for the procedure.... apparently not giving me pain medication was her way of saving money. Do NOT use this dentist.
Very rude dentist; didn't listen to me or answer my questions properly. VERY rude receptionist - had to cancel an appointment twice because of circumstances beyond my control and they told me to find a new dentist. GLADLY.
Was not very personable. In fact kinda rude. My 6 yr old was seen here via a recommendation . Would not go back for myself or my children.
